A significant percentage of all product-related complaints and recalls within the pharmaceutical industry are related to packaging issues.
A Qualified Person (QP) needs to fully understand the challenges and risks involved in packaging and the importance of controlling packaging components (both primary and secondary) throughout the supply chain.
This course closely examines the key stages of pharmaceutical packaging relevant to the QP, from component manufacture and supply to final product release including QP certification.
Packaging Site Visit
Courses held in Barnstaple include a site visit to a high-volume Solid Dose Packing facility, allowing participants to see how theory can be applied in practice.
